PURPOSE: To prevent the propagation of fungi and mould by molding a plumbing equipment member by using a raw material, into which an anti-fungus agent is dispersed and mixed.

CONSTITUTION: An anti-fungus agent consisting of the ions of silver, copper, zinc, tin, etc., or their compounds is dispersed into a rubber raw material by a dispersant, thus preparing a raw material. A ball valve 5 mounted into a low tank 2 is molded by using the raw material, into which the anti-fungus agent is mixed. The float ball 11 of a ball tap installed into the low tank 2 is molded. A drain trap set up on the bottom of a unit bath is molded. When wash water W is used and reduced, the float ball 11 is lowered downwards to open the ball tap 10, and the inside of the low tank 2 is supplied with wash water W through a water supply pipe 9. The float ball 11 is lifted with the elevation of the level of wash water W, thus closing the ball tap 10.
