Abstract:
To provide a polishing device for a metal pipe material inner surface.SOLUTION: A polishing device includes a main body, an operation space is provided in a left end wall of the main body, a left end of the operation space communicates with an external space, two symmetrical holding devices are installed in the operation space, the holding device can fix a pipe material waiting to be polished which has been introduced into the operation space, a telescopic slide space is provided on a right side of the operation space, and a telescopic polishing device is installed in the telescopic slide space. The present invention adopts a method for automatically performing centering to fix the pipe material, positions the polishing device at a center of the pipe material, can guarantee uniformity of polishing, and uses an automatic reciprocation type polishing device. The polishing device performs telescopic rotary polishing, is high in polishing efficiency, is excellent in polishing effect, automatically polishes an inner wall of the pipe material after the polishing device has received and sandwiched the pipe material, does not require for manual operation in a polishing process, and can save both of time and effort.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
