To obtain the subject composition excellent in molding processability, flexibility and stress relaxation resistance, by including a polycarbonate, a specific fluorine-based elastomer in a prescribed ratio.
This composition comprises (A) 100 pts.wt. of a polycarbonate, (B) 2-90 pts.wt., preferably 10-70 pts.wt. of a fluorine-based elastomer having fixed a functional compound and optionally (C) a compounding agent such as an antioxidant, an ultraviolet absorber and a pigment. The component B is obtained by heat treating a mixture comprising (i) 100 pts.wt. of a fluorine- based elastomer, (ii) 0. 5-10 pts.wt. of a functional compound and (iii) 0.3-5 pts.wt. of a cross-linking agent at a temperature equal to or higher than the cross-linking temperature of the component iii. A compound containing cane or more, preferably two or more functional double bonds in the molecule is used as the component ii. Especially a compound containing one or more nonconjugated double bonds in the molecular end is preferably used.
