To provide a polyester conjugate filament nonwoven fabric capable of being processed at a low temperature when it is put between structural materials or the like and subjected to heat adhesion, in addition, obtaining a structural material having a small heat-shrinkage rate and excellent in dimensional stability and heat resistance.
The polyester conjugate filament nonwoven fabric is composed of a web and has heat adhered portions in at least a part of the fabric and 10% surface area shrinkage rate at (TmA-30)C atmosphere. The web consists of a polyester A and a polyester B, wherein the polyester A includes a dicarboxylic acid component containing terephthalic acid as a main ingredient and a diol component containing 50 mole% 1,6-hexane diol, contains 0.01-5.0 mass% nucleating agent and has 100-150C melting point, and the polyester B has 105-240C melting point or melt flow initiation temperature. In the web, the filaments of the conjugate fiber in which the polyester A is arranged so as to occupy at least a part of the fiber surface in the cross sectional shape of a monofilament are piled up.
