Abstract:
PURPOSE: To enable inexpensive and efficient fabrication by using specific polyolefin resin or its composition which can be fused and fusion-cut by separate high frequency induction heating of a fastener and a packing material.
CONSTITUTION: A fastener 3 and a packing material body 4 are formed by molding polyolefin resin or its composition by extrusion molding or the like wherein dielectric constant is 2.3 or higher and the material can be fused and fusion-cut by high frequency induction heating. A fastener female part 3a is approximately 300μm thick and fitted with a fastener male part 3b of the same thickness wherein fitting strength of the male and female has rigidity of 1.0kg/15mm or more. Sealing strength of a seal 12 of the fused fastener 3 fused by high frequency induction heating and sealing strength of a seal 14 of the packing material body 4 having thickness of approximately 100μm are preferably 4.8kg/15mm and 2.9kg/15mm or more respectively, while sealing intensity of a seal 13 between the fastener 3 and the body 4 is preferably 2.5kg/15mm or more.
