PURPOSE: To provide the titled resin compsn. having a good coating performance, consisting of a polyolefin resin, an ethylene/acrylate copolymer, a styrene polymer, a specified rubber and CaCO3 coated with a specified (co)polymer.

CONSTITUTION: The titled compsn. consists of 100pts.wt. polyolefin resin, at least 5pts.wt. ethylene/acrylate copolymer having a methyl acrylate and/or ethyl acrylate content of 1W50wt%, 5W40pts.wt. styrene polymer, at least 5pts. wt. ethylene/propylene rubber having a propylene content of 10W75wt% and a Mooney viscosity ML1+4(100°C) of 20W100 and at least 5pts.wt. CaCO3 coated with a (co)polymer of a compn. contg. a double bond polymerizable in the presence of a radical initiator. The compsn. has a very good coating performance and can be used as a coating material for various parts.
