Abstract:

To resolve the voblem of uninformed sagging and improve a workability by a method wherein the orientation angle of a film and its longitudinal dimensional difference represented by the specified formula are respectively set to have specified values.

In a laminated film with the predetermined thickness, which is produced by laminating one or more selected from the group consisting of a polypropylene film with a small curvature, especially an ethylene-vinyl ester copolymer, an ethylene-acrylic copolymer or the like, a cold shrinkage difference at an aging stage after winding-up of the film at manufacturing is reduced. In other words, the curvature of the film developed due to the cold shrinkage difference or the difference between the cold shrinkage of the film at its edge, which is small, and that at its central part, which is large, is reduced. The orientation angle of the filn is set to be 7° or more and a longitudinal dimensional difference Z represented by the formula: Z=0.0008 (l/mm)×A×B, (in which A is the width in mm of a product and B is the amount in mm of a curvature) is set to be in a range of 15 mm or less. If the dimensional difference Z exceeds 15 mm, the development of a large number of products, one side of each of which sags due to working, on the surface of each of which wrinkles develop or the like so as to make products unusable, is solved and the post-workability of the laminated film can be improved.
