Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method of producing a polypropylene nanofiber using not an electric field, but a high-speed high-temperature gas.SOLUTION: A method of producing a polypropylene nanofiber comprises: a process (A) of discharging molten polypropylene from a discharge nozzle and a process (B) of stretching the molten polypropylene by ejecting a high-speed high-temperature gas from a gas nozzle to form the nanofiber, in which a melt flow rate of the polypropylene is 300-3000 g/10 minutes at 230°C and with a load of 21.18 N.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
