To provide a polypropylene resin, which can be obtained by using a supported titanium-based catalyst and easily forms a sheet containing a high rate of β-crystal without mixing a β-crystal nucleating agent when the sheet is molded and consequently easily forms a capacitor film with an excellent anti-blocking property, and also to provide a sheet prepared from the same, its preparation method, a drawn film and a capacitor film.
The polypropylene resin is prepared by a polymerization using a supported titanium-based catalyst, wherein the resin has a melt flow rate (MFR) measured by ASTM D-1238 (230°C, 2.16 kg load) of 0.5-10 g/10 minutes, Mn measured by a gel permeation chromatography of ≤100,000, Mw/Mn of ≥5.4 and Mz/Mn of at least 20 and the amount of integrated elution measured up to 110 °C by cross fractionation chromatography of ≤33%. The resin is heated to melt and extruded from a T-die and annealed by a cooling roll maintained at a temperature of ≥60°C to form a sheet with a rate of β-crystal of ≤0.20.
