To provide a portable communication terminal which meets the need that when an antenna is incorporated into a portable communication terminal, the internal antenna, in view of preventing reception efficiency in communication from decreasing, should preferably be arranged to have part of it exposed to the outside of the portable communication terminal case, and which can reduce the possibility of reception quality being significantly deteriorated by an inadvertent touch of an exposed part of the internal antenna with a hand of the user because the portable communication terminal is supported and/or operated on by the user's hand.
The portable communication terminal includes a plurality of antennas arranged to be partly exposed to the outside of the portable communication terminal case, so that the antennas used for communication are switched from one to another depending on reception quality.
