Abstract:
PURPOSE: To perform position-making even on an abdominal part which moves according to respiration, by providing a standard point of a large specified X ray absorbing coefficient on a fixed stage on which a test patient is fixed, photographing a tomographic image, and deciding a coordinates position of an affected site based on a three-dimensional coordinates calculation.
CONSTITUTION: Four or more standard points are attached on a fixed stage 209 on which a test patient 201 is fixed, for example standard points 203-205 are on the right side of the test patient 201 and the standard point 206 is on the left side. An X direction moving stage 210, Z direction moving stage 211, and Y direction moving stage 212 are moved so that laser source beam from two laser beam sources 202 cross with each other on the standard point 203. The positions of each moving stage 210-212 are read and a coordinates value of a therapeutic instrument stage of the standard point 203 is detected. Similarly, coordinates values of the therapeutic stage coordinates system of the standard points 204-206 are detected. The coordinates position of an affected site is decided by means of a control device based on these coordinates values.
