Title:
POSITIONING JIG FOR STAMPER
Document Type and Number:
Japanese Patent JPH02192931
Kind Code:
A
Abstract:

PURPOSE: To accurately and easily position a magnet stamper by means of Meissner effect by forming the positioning clamping jig of the stamper of a superconductor, and cooling it with refrigerant such as liquid nitrogen, etc. to a superconducting state.

CONSTITUTION: A positioning jig of a stamper is formed of a superconducting material in shape provided with a cylinder 12 having an outer diameter smaller than the inner diameter of a magnet stamper 10 and a cylinder 13 having an inner diameter larger than the outer diameter to be provided concentrically on a stationary part 11. A cooling system 14 is provided in the cylinders 12, 13, and a cooling system 15 is provided in the stationary part 11, and a plate 16 of a magnetic material is buried at a position opposed to the magnet stamper. When the magnet stamper 10 is placed on the jig and cooling medium is fed to the cooling system 14, 15, the magnet stamper 10 is levitated by Meissner effect, and its center coincides with the center of the jig. When the refrigerant of the cooling system 15 is stopped, the levitation of the magnet stamper 10 is eliminated, and attracted fixedly to the plate 6 of the magnet.
