In the case of extending/contracting a device or the like by a temperature change, a data of a coordinate reference position for moving a movable part moved by a motor 21 is gathered, to be stored in a memory 33. Based on a data stored in this memory 33, in a CPU 31, a positioning coordinate value of the movable part moved by the motor 21 is calculated. Based on this calculated positioning coordinate value, by a motor driver 32 and the motor 21, the movable part is positioned in a prescribed position. When a temperature is changed, the data of this coordinate reference value is again gathered and stored in the memory 33, based on the data stored in this memory 33, in the CPU 31, the positioning coordinate value of the movable part is calculated, by the motor driver 32 and the motor 21, the movable part is positioned in the prescribed position.
