Abstract:
To enhance the accuracy of determining the posture of a person whose body is partially concealed.SOLUTION: A storage unit 11 stores threshold information 13 which indicates a threshold for determining the posture of a person by comparison with the position of a specific section among a plurality of body sections on an image, and which is set on the basis of the position distribution of the specific section of a person among people included in sample images 21a, 21b, 21c, ..., at least one of whose body sections is included in a specific region 24 of the image. A processing unit 12 identifies the position of the specific section of a posture determination target person from an inputted image 22, and determines the posture of the target person on the basis of a comparison result of the identified position and the threshold information 13.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
