The pour device includes a pour port 45 rotatably mounted over the exterior of the base 1, a cap 30 which can be compatibly mounted on a lower part of the base 1 so that a mouth A1 of a beverage container A can be lidded, and the manual pump 60 to be detachably mounted on an upper part of the base 1. One of check valves provided in the base 1 is formed so that the beverage does not return into the beverage container A when the manual pump 60 is compressed, while the other check valve is formed so that air does not enter the base 1 from the pour port 45 when the pump 60 elastically recovers.
