PURPOSE: To enhance quantitativeness, in a table type powdered or granular material feeder for the food industry and the like, by feeding powdered or granular material on the inclined rotating table having ring-shaped grooves, cutting squarely the material to fill the grooves, and scraping out the material inside the grooves with a scraper, and further discharging it outside by blowing air.

CONSTITUTION: Powdered or granular material 19 in a hopper 7 is supplied through a small chamber 10 onto a table which is rotated with a slightly smaller inclination than the angle of repose of the powdered or granular material 19. In this case, almost a definite quantity of material is supplied because of a partition 8 and the small chamber 10, and surplus powdered material not contained in the grooves 25 (not shown) is cut squarely by the bottom surface of an air supply pipe 6 to be excluded. Next, the powdered or granular material inside the grooves 25 (not shown) is scooped up with a scraper 5, and is discharged outside along the scraper 5 by blowing air through a slit-shaped air nozzle 23 in the air supply pipe 6. By this constitution, quantitativeness can be enhanced.
