To provide a power circuit controller that closes a main relay after precharging even if the supply voltage of a battery is unknown.
The power circuit controller is provided for controlling a power circuit which is configured such that a relay with a precharge relay and a voltage fluctuation suppressing capacitor are connected between a battery and a load. The power circuit controller includes a storage means for storing a load input voltage when ignition is turned off; a supply voltage measuring means (S10, S12) for measuring a supply voltage when ignition is turned on; a comparison voltage setting means (S11) which reads out the voltage stored in the storage means when the supply voltage cannot be measured by the supply voltage measuring means; a relay control means (S13-S17) which closes the precharge relay and compares the supply voltage measured by the supply voltage measuring means or the voltage stored in the storage means which has been read out by the comparison voltage setting means with a current load input voltage and closes the main relay based on the comparison results when ignition is turned on.
