Abstract:

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a power generating machine for a hydraulic system capable of damping the operating sound of a piston.
SOLUTION: Suction and discharge of a hydraulic pump 3 is performed by the reciprocating motion of a piston 4, and a supply chamber 27 for supplying compressed air is formed around an air cylinder 2. Around a cylinder head part 7, a storage chamber R of a piston control mechanism P for controlling the reciprocating motion of the piston 4 is provided, and the storage chamber R and the supply chamber 27 can be connected to and disconnected from each other. The piston control mechanism P supplies the inside of a chamber 6 of the air cylinder 2 with the compressed air of the supply chamber 27 to move the piston 4 to the hydraulic pump 3 side when the storage chamber R and the supply chamber 27 are connected to each other, and the piston 4 is positioned at the most close position to the cylinder head part 7. The air in the chamber 6 is exhausted into a storage chamber 52 until the piston 4 returns again to the position at which the chamber is minimum, from immediately before it reaches the position at which the chamber is maximum, and the reciprocating motion of the piston 4 is adapted to be controlled by the supply and the exhaust of the compressed air to and from the chamber 6. An exhaust path 20 extending from the storage chamber R and a supply path 19 for the supply chamber 27 are provided in parallel.
