PURPOSE: To efficiently utilize solar heat by employing a solar battery used also as a reflecting mirror and a heat collector as heat sources, a first generating cycle for circulating high boiling point heat medium, waste heat of the cycle and the heat of the medium as heat sources, and providing a second generating cycle for circulating the medium.
CONSTITUTION: Part of an incident light from the sum is collected by a heat collector 2, and the other part is directly generated in a solar battery 1. High boiling point heat medium is fed to the collector 2 via a first pump 3, and gas and liquid are separated in a high temperature tank 4. Vapor is passed through a first turbine 5, condensed in a first condenser 7, condensing heat becomes a heat source of low boiling point heat source, and returns to a low temperature tank 10. The medium is fed by a pump 8, receives heat from the condenser 7, enters a second turbine 11, generates, is then condensed in a second condenser 13, and returned to the pump 8. Cooling water is supplied to the condenser 13 via a pump 14 to condense low boiling point heat medium. If the solar heat is weak, a valve 30 is closed, the high boiling point medium is fed from the tank 4 to the tank 10, a valve 31 is closed, the low boiling point medium is fed to the tank 10 via a pipe 15, heat is collected, and then fed to the second turbine via a pipe 22.
