Abstract:

To reduce an amount of temporary surplus or shortage of power caused by a difference in a communication delay time of control commands without providing a dedicated circuit for according the reception timings of the control commands when controlling first and second power interchange devices utilizing an existing communication network.

This invention is applied to a power interchange system that has: a first power interchange device; a second power interchange device performing power interchange with the first power interchange device; and a control device controlling the first and second power interchange devices remotely by control commands. The control device has: a communication delay time measuring part measuring each communication delay time of the control commands from the control device to respective first and second power interchange devices; and a controller, in the case that there is a difference in the communication delay time of the control commands to the respective first and second power interchange devices, correcting a content of the control command for at least one of the first and second power interchange devices based on the difference in the communication delay time.
