To provide a power pass circuit that dispenses with P channel MOS transistors and can prevent a flow of overcurrent if a DC power supply is set in reverse polarity.

In the power pass circuit, sources of N channel MOS transistors Q1, Q2 are connected to terminals T1, T2, respectively, drains of the transistors Q1, Q2 are connected to each other, an NPN bipolar transistor B1 is connected between gates of the transistors Q1, Q2 and the terminal T1, and a base of the transistor B1 is grounded via a resistive element R2. If a battery 1 is erroneously set to the terminal T1 in reverse, the transistor B1 turns on to turn off the transistor Q1.
