Abstract:
To provide a power supply device capable of blocking a semiconductor switch in the case where an application voltage to the semiconductor switch is reduced, and an operation of a protection feature becomes an unstable state.SOLUTION: A power supply device 100 supplying a power of a power supply 1 to a load circuit 2, comprises: switching devices 11 and 12 containing semiconductor switches 11a and 12a connected to a power supply line supplying a power from the power supply 1 to the load circuit 2; a controller 30 that controls a driven voltage of the semiconductor switches 11a and 12a to switch ON/OFF of the semiconductor switches 11a and 12a; and a detection part that detects an output voltage of the switching devices 11 and 12 output from a low potential side of the semiconductor switches 11a and 12a. A lower limitation voltage that secures a turn off operation of the semiconductor switches 11a and 12a is set to a voltage on a high potential side of the semiconductor switches 11a and 12a. A prescribed threshold voltage is set to a voltage higher than the lower limit voltage. When a detection voltage detected by the detection part is lower than a prescribed threshold value, the semiconductor switches 11a and 12a become an off state.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
