Title:
POWER TAKING OUT DEVICE OF ENGINE
Document Type and Number:
Japanese Patent JPH04164133
Kind Code:
A
Abstract:

PURPOSE: To take out power from a crank shaft side smoothly and with good efficiency by inserting a shaft for driving into the shaft hole of a gear assembly so as to spline-connect and fit them each other.

CONSTITUTION: Gear assemblies A1, A2 which are formed integratedly with a pair of output gears 12 engaged respectively with a pair of crank gears 11 and a driving gear 13 through a boss member 22 having a shaft hole 22a, are bearing-supported on both end parts of the boss member 22 which is positioned outward an axial direction from each output gear 12. Shafts 2 for driving which are arranged in parallel with a crank shaft 1 are inserted into the shaft holes 22a, and both are spline-fit each other at the position facing to a driving gear 13. On the other hand, the shafts 2 for driving are fit to the shaft holes 22a at the positions facing to ball bearing supporting parts 22b. It is possible to suppress unstable action of the gear assemblies A1, A2 and flexural oscillation of the shaft 2 for driving, and take out power from the crank shaft side 1 smoothly and with good efficiency.
