Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enable leading phase control in a brushless motor, having the coils of each phase delta-connected in series, without influenced by the magnetic flux of a stator, so as to improve motor efficiency.SOLUTION: The brushless motor to be used as a driving source includes: a stator 9 having slots 78, 78, ... between a plurality of internally projected teeth 63, 63, ..., and each coil 64 is wound around each tooth 63 so that the coils 64, 64 of each phase are wound in series to a delta connection; a rotor 10 having permanent magnets 68 and being rotatable inside the stator 9; and a sensor circuit board fixed to the stator 9 and having magnetic sensors 66, 66, ... for detecting the rotation of the rotor 10. Each magnetic sensor 66 is disposed at a position corresponding to the substantial center of each slot 78, in the rotation direction of the rotor 10.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 9
