The end surface of the pin 14 is divided to three areas E1, E2, E3 in the order from the side near an advancement direction. In the section E1 positioned at the most front side in an advancement direction, surface roughness is the roughest, in the section E3 positioned at the most rear side in the advancement direction, surface roughness is the most fine, and in the section E2 at the intermediate side, surface roughness also becomes intermediate.
