Abstract:
To provide a power unit cover capable of achieving high acoustic insulation while suppressing an increase in thickness thereof.SOLUTION: A power unit cover 1 includes: a cover member 2 having a cover body 4 covering a power unit which is a drive source of a vehicle from at least one side of the vehicle in the vertical direction and a plurality of ribs 5 projecting toward the power unit side from the cover body 4; and a sound absorption member 3 arranged in between the power unit and the cover member 2 and formed with recessed parts 31 at positions corresponding to the ribs 5. The rib 5 is made to abut onto a bottom face 34 of the recessed part 31. A height dimension H2 of the rib 5 is formed to be larger than a depth dimension H1 of the recessed part 31. A space S is provided in between the sound absorption member 3 and the cover member 2 in between the plurality of ribs 5.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 7
