To suppress vibration at a control part using a simple constitution, without additional components.
A motor 10 is disposed outside an inner panel 32 of a vehicle door. The motor 10 comprises a motor part 11, a speed reduction part for reducing the relational speed of the motor part 11, and a case 14 which houses a control circuit board and is so arranged as to protrude from the speed reduction part. A connector 15 of the motor 10 is electrically connected to a vehicle-side connector 55, which is inserted from inside the inner panel 32 via an insert hole 53 of the inner panel 32, to supply power to the motor part 11. The motor 10 is fastened and secured to the inner panel 32 using a bolt, while being sandwiched between a support base of a wind regulator and the inner panel 32, and one end side of the connector 15 is pressed against the periphery of the insertion hole 53 of the inner panel 32 by the clamping force. The other end side of the connector 15 is provided to a case 14, which is supported by the inner panel 32 via the connector 15.
