Abstract:

PURPOSE: To obtain healthy cookie having soft taste and good resistance to teeth and shorten baking time, by mixing dried bean curd to cookie material in arbitrary shape.

CONSTITUTION: Suitable amount of powdery dried bean curd is mixed into raw material at the time wheat flour is poured in the usual cookie material preparing. Or others, dried bean curd is mixed to wheat flour in various shape such as crushing coarsely, cutting sheet-like, cutting square, shaping to particle- like, etc. Further, various shaped dried bean curd is used as decoration of cookie. Oily natural vitamin A and E, powdery natural calcium, etc., are mixed in the cookie material containing dried bean curd. Resultant material is made to desired shape or form of circle, square, etc., and baked.
