Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a press working apparatus and a press working method in which a product after forming can be taken out easily and shrinkage of the product during a forming process can be suppressed.SOLUTION: A press working apparatus in which a workpiece 9 is sandwiched between an upper die and a lower die 5 and press working is performed to the workpiece 9, is provided with a workpiece attaching and detaching mechanism which comprises: a guide rail 14 which is fitted so as to be movable vertically with respect to the lower die 5 and on which the workpiece 9 is placed; a workpiece presser 15 that clamps the workpiece 9 to the guide rail 14; a first actuator that moves the guide rail 14 up and down with respect to the lower die 5; and a second actuator that moves the workpiece presser 15 up and down with respect to the guide rail 14.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2
