To provide a pressure sensitive adhesive tape cutter capable of peeling up and cutting the tape even a tape strong in adhesive strength by peel-up operation to pull out the tape.

A pressure sensitive adhesive tape is cut by placing a surface of the tape on a ring carrier by peeling the end of the tape upward by determining the required length by sliding a sliding piece of the lower edge of a cutting blade by holding a body of the pressure sensitive adhesive tape and picking an end of the tape by contacting at three points of an outer peripheral surface of a divided disk of a lower edge holder of the sliding piece ring carrier of the cutting blade for reducing contact resistance by operation for pulling out the tape by holding a cutter. A cut residual end edge is easily picked out by inserting a fingertip into clearance of the ring carrier where the end edge remains.
