Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To form a print face on a print face material held by a print face material holder.SOLUTION: A print face formation device includes: a print face formation part for forming a print face on a print face material which is provided with plural heat generators arranged in a direction along a face on which a porous print face material of a print face material holder, having the porous print face material which can be so made as to be non-porous by heating and a supporter for detachably holding the print face material, is held, and a projection having such a height that the projection contacts a face of the print face material holder; and a transportation part for moving the print face material holder relatively to the print face formation part. The projection has a thinner shape as approaching the print face material holder, or comprises an elastic member. Elevation of a rear part of the print face material holder can be prevented by the projection having such a height that the projection contacts a face of the print face material holder.
