PURPOSE: To obtain a print laminate body, excellent in the bonding strength and the feeling of luster of the same, by a method wherein a film for print lamination and a printing body are pressed and bonded by fusion at a specified temperature and, thereafter, primary cooling and secondary cooling are effected at specified temperatures, then, the film is separated from the pressing surface of a fusion bonding device.
CONSTITUTION: A film 1 for print lamination and a printing body 2 are supplied between a metallic endless belt 3 and a pressure roll 5 so that the surface of thermal fusion bonding polymer layer of the film 1 for print lamination is opposed to the printing surface of the printing body 2, then, both of them are pressed and bonded by fusion at a temperature higher than 80°C and lower than 140°C while the pressed and fusion-bonded laminate is moved under a condition that the surface of a base material film layer is contacted to the metallic endless belt 3 as it is. The metallic belt 3 is cooled primarily to a temperature higher than 60°C and lower than 100°C by a hot-water shower 7 and, further, is cooled secondarily to a temperature higher than 5°C and lower than 60°C by another shower 8. Next, the laminate is separated from the metallic endless belt 3 at a position A. According to this method, a print laminate body, excellent in the feeling of luster as well as the operability of the same, may be obtained.
