A substrate terminal 18 conductively fixed to the electroconductive path 20 of the printed circuit board 12 includes: the electroconductive legs 26, 26 inserted and soldered to a through-hole 52 of the printed circuit board 12, and a clamper 34 for clamping and electrically conducting the bus bars 16a, 16b from both sides of a plate thickness direction. The bus bars 16a, 16b are inserted into the clamper 34 and electrically conducted.
