PURPOSE: To enable a simplified mechanical construction by always controlling the rotational speed and the phase of individual rotary sections during the operation according to a common reference signal in a printer slotter for corrugated cardboard.
CONSTITUTION: When origin data of various sections are inputted separately into an origin data setter 13 to start a DC servo motor 8 and origin marks 9 of rotary sections are detected with a sensor 10, a counter is reset to start counting and stops upon the coincidence with the origin data. With such an arrangement, an initial phase is set for each of a paper fed section F, first and second printing sections P1 and P2 and a creaser slotter section CS and a desired reference speed is inputted into a speed setter 11. A voltage proportional to the speed is fed commonly to a reference pulse generator 12 to supply a reference pulse to each controller 15, which performs a control to have phase variations coinciding with the reference value maintaining the reference speed depending on a feedback signal of a tachogenerator 17 and a phase pulse from a pulse generator 18.
