Abstract:
To provide a device configured so that it is possible to change, individually, by a user's instruction whether printing using an IPP can be executed and whether printing of data transmitted from each of a plurality of software can be executed, which can reduce time and labor for the user to change setting items.SOLUTION: When a third setting item is in a state where printing using an IPP is not executed when a first setting item is changed by a user's instruction into a state where printing based on data transmitted from a first type of software, and when the third setting item is in a state where the printing using the IPP is not executed when a second setting item is changed by a user's instruction into a state where printing based on data transmitted from a second type of software, it is automatically controlled so that the third setting item state is changed into the state where the printing using the IPP is executed.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 3
