To provide a printing mask, a printing method and a printing apparatus which can improve the separation performance of an electrically conductive paste such as solder paste during a screen printing, can enhance the latitude of land design of a substrate, and can perform a stable screen printing without causing any disconnection or the like.
The printing mask 101 is provided, in a prescribed position, with a through-hole 109 penetrating in the thickness direction on a base material 106 having insulation, wherein a heating element layer 116 generating heat at the time of energization is formed on the inner periphery of the through-hole 109. Over the entire surface of both of the two outer surfaces vertical in the thickness direction of the base material 106, there is formed a surface metallic layer 111 that is constituted using a metal having a lower specific resistance than this heating element layer 116 in a manner electrically conductive to the heating element layer 116.
