Abstract:
To provide a printing method in which fine and high-precision full-color printing can be performed on a three-dimensional surface of an object to be printed, quickly at low printing costs.SOLUTION: The printing method comprises: an analysis step in which a shape of a three-dimensional surface and a position of a place 11 to be printed of an object 1 to be printed are analyzed and then analyzed results are converted into two-dimensional data; a placement step in which at least part of the object 1 to be printed is placed in a placement concave part 21 of a jig 2 with the three-dimensional surface pointed upward; a primer layer formation step in which a primer layer 3 is formed in the place 11 to be printed on the three-dimensional surface on the basis of the two-dimensional data; a white lining step in which white UV curable ink is applied to perform UV irradiation to the place to be printed on the surface of the primer layer 3 on the basis of the two-dimensional data; and a color-printing step in which white UV curable ink other than white color is applied to perform UV irradiation to the place to be printed already applied with the white UV curable ink, on the basis of the two-dimensional data.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 4
