An electric heating type floor part heat generation means 15 for heating the inside of the bathroom 10 is provided on the lower side of a floor surface panel 16 constituting the floor wall upper surface of the bathroom 10, and an electric heating type side part heat generation means 45 for heating the inside of the bathroom 10 is provided on the outdoor side at the lower part of an inner surface panel 46 constituting the peripheral sidewall inner surface of the bathroom 10.
