Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a product, capable of maintaining effects thereof for a long period and applicable to the face, neck, hand or body by using a specified enzyme lipase with an ester precursor of an unstable active ingredient in combination. SOLUTION: This product is obtained by using a specified enzyme and an ester precursor of an unstable active ingredient in combination. A lipase is cited as the enzyme used therein. An ester containing at least one ester functional group having a 2-25C saturated or unsaturated linear or branched chain is cited as the ester combined with the lipase. An optionally substituted acyl, benzoyl, alkylbenzoyl, acylbenzoyl or 2-hydroxyphenylacetyl is cited as a chain of the ester functional group and especially a 12-18C group is especially preferred. Lauric acid, palmitic acid, stearic acid, cetylic acid, myristic acid, etc., are espeically cited. The enzyme and precursor are preferably packaged, especially encapsulated so as not be in contact with one another for use. The product is used for cosmetic treatment, coloring, etc., of skin, etc.
