A switch 12 for recognizing an electric heater A5 is provided on an insert plug socket Cc of domestic wiring. The electric heater A5 has a projection H311 for discrimination of electric heater provided on a plug H3. When the plug H3 is inserted to the plug socket Cc, the switch 12 provided within the plug socket Cc recognizes that this equipment is an electric heater, and receives the feed from a circuit C2 for interrupting the feed by vibration in an earthquake. The above recognition can be performed by mechanical, electric, electromagnetic or optical means.
