The edges on one side of slit-like apertures 142 of side plates 141 of a casing are provided with a number of diffusers 144a for blowing off gas in parallel to the surface of the casing in the positions shallower than the thickness of the side plates. Slopes 142a opening to a front side are formed on the edges on the other side facing thereto. The clean pressure gas is blown off from these diffusers 144a.
