PURPOSE: To satisfy a demand and to relatively save amt. of use of logs by producing appropriate substitute for lumber by using bamboo as a raw material.

CONSTITUTION: A method for producing products of bamboo materials comprising a bamboo material treating process 1 wherein branches and leaves of grawn bamboos are removed and they are cut into an appropriate length, a bamboo pieces cutting process 2 wherein the bamboos with the appropriate length are cut into thin piece-like bamboo pieces by running an edge in the fiber direction, a drying and sulfurization process 3 wherein the bamboo pieces are dried and furthermore sulfurized to provide mothproof and rotproof properties, a binder mixing process 4 wherein the bamboo pieces through the drying and sulfurization process 3 are appropriately mixed with a binder, a shape molding process 5 wherein the mixed raw material produced by mixing the bamboo pieces and the binder is molded into shapes of various products and a heating and pressing process 6 wherein while the shape molding process 5 is advanced, appropriate pressure and temp. are applied on the mixed raw material to perform molding processing, is provided.
