Abstract:
PURPOSE: To obtain a crosslinked and molded fluororesin article having excellent mechanical characteristics at high temperatures, by blending an ethylene tetrafluoroolefin copolymer with polyvinylidene fluoride, etc., molding the resultant blend and crosslinking the molded article by irradiation with electron beams.
CONSTITUTION: A crosslinked and molded article obtained by blending 100pts.wt. ethylene tetrafluoroolefin copolymer with (A) 5W30pts.wt. polyvinylidene fluoride and (B) 5W20pts.wt. crosslinking and molding agent, e.g. triallyl isocyanurate, etc., extruding and molding the resultant blend and crosslinking the molded article by irradiation with electron beams.
