Abstract:
PURPOSE: To produce a fiber reinforced resin laminate within a short molding time with high productivity.
CONSTITUTION: A fiber impregnated with a curable resin is wound around the periphery of a core mold 4 having annular protruding and recessed parts provided thereto in the axial direction thereof to be cured and the core mold 4 is pulled off to produce a fiber reinforced resin laminate. In this method, the annular recessed part 421 of the core mold 4 is filled with a curable resin compsn. and, subsequently, the fiber impregnated with the curable resin is wound around the recessed part to form a fiber reinforced resin layer which is, in turn, integrally cured along with the curable resin compsn.
