Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent the occurrence of the curling and waving at a fluororesin tube end exposed with a conductive primer layer at the time of producing a film for a fixing part formed by coating the surface of a heat resistant resin tube with the fluororesin tube via the conductive primer layer so as to expose the conductive primer layer end and thermally fusing both.
SOLUTION: The conductive primer layer 1 is formed on the heat resistant resin tube 2 and is coated thereon with the fluororesin tube 3 exposing the conductive primer layer 1 end and thereafter an annular fixture 4 is mounted onto the exposed side end of the conductive primer layer of the fluororesin tube 3. After the tubes are heated treated at a temp. lower than the m.p. of the fluororesin, the tubes are heat treated at the temp. above them. p. of the fluororesin, by which the release type resin layer is formed.
