Abstract:
PURPOSE: To provide a method for producing a finely fibrillated pulp sheet continuously producible by a specific paper machine or a casting device, having low cost of installation, a small amount of evaporated water, advantageous economic efficiency and excellent formation.
CONSTITUTION: This method for producing a finely fibrillated pulp sheet comprises using a water suspension composed of ≥50wt.% of finely fibrillated pulp having 210-430% water retention value prescribed by JAPAN TAPPI No.26-78 in the whole raw material and casting the water suspension on a wire belt of (A) a continuous paper machine or (B) a continuous casting device equipped with the wire belt and a vacuum dehydrator by an extruder.
