PURPOSE: To provide the production method of flared lining metal tube in which an uniform thick cured resin layer is formed on the surface of a tube end to be worked to flared in working flare and the cured resin layer of a lining metal tube is not cracked, peeled, damaged not to be rusted.
CONSTITUTION: In the method in which a flared lining metal tube 100 is produced by flaring outward the tube end part of lining metal tube 10 with a lining layer 12 formed on the inner surface of a metal tube 11, a thermosetting resin sheet formable to strong cured layer is stuck on the surface of the lining metal tube 10 in the part to be flared at least, subjecting to thermosetting, a cured resin layer 20 is formed. Subsequently, a male die (tapered male die 41 and projecting male die 42) is inserted/pressed in the tube end part so as to execute flaring. Further, a loose flange 30 is inserted to the tube end part prior to flaring.
