Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To process fibrous waste material such as waste paper and OA paper in high efficiency and utilize the waste material as a building material, furniture material, interior material for automobile, packaging material, pallet form, etc.
SOLUTION: A fibrous material such as waste paper and OA paper is defibrated, dehydrated, incorporated with a proper additive, mixed, weighed and transferred to a molding step. The mixture is formed in the form of a board by the primary forming under pressure, the secondary forming and the forming with a hot-pressing roll 20. The board is heated and pressed with a hot press 24 to accelerate the hardening of the board.
