Abstract:
To develop a method for producing long-sized bagworm silk, which is pure not containing impurities such as a leaf piece or a branch piece, and a device for achieving the production method.SOLUTION: A production method of long-sized bagworm silk includes a thread spitting step for allowing spitting thread continuously along linear path by locking leg parts of a bagworms holding a nest, with a width less than the right-and-left maximum open leg width W1 of a used bagworms, on the linear path A where the leg parts FL, ML, RL can be locked, and a recovery step for recovering long-sized silk from the linear path after the thread spitting step.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 5
