Title:
PRODUCTION OF NONWOVEN FABRIC COMPOSITE SHEET
Document Type and Number:
Japanese Patent JPH06299456
Kind Code:
A
Abstract:

PURPOSE: To provide a method for producing nonwoven fabric composite sheet uniform in the weave, capable of efficiently removing fine stains, little in the drop of pulp when used, and having a large sheet strength.

CONSTITUTION: A filament sheet produced by accumulating the filaments of polypropylene, polyethylene terephthalate, etc., having a fineness of 1-8 denier and a basis weight of 5-30g/m2 is prepared. A melt-blown sheet having a basis weight of 3-80g/m2 is prepared by extruding a thermoplastic resin such as polypropylene or polyethylene terephthalate through fine nozzles, processing the extruded resin into fine fibers having a fineness of ≤1.5 denier with a high temperature and high speed gas, and subsequently collecting the fine fibers into the sheet. Further, wood pulp is processed into a paper sheet having a basis weight of 10-100g/m2. The sheets are laminated in the order of the filament sheet/melt-blown sheet/paper sheet or in the order of the filament sheet/paper sheet/melt-blown sheet, and high pressure water column flows are applied to the laminate from the filament sheet toward the surface of the paper sheet or melt-blown sheet to provide the integrated nonwoven fabric composite sheet.
